8 Dimensions of Wellness
Wellness is more than just physical! 💪🏻 We need all aspects to be balanced 🧘♀️ Think about what might be lacking in your life? Where or can you start with today? Here’s some questions to ponder:
Emotional- how have you been feeling? 😃 or 😔
Intellectual- screens and digital media can often be mindless. How have you stimulated your brain to learn today? 🧠
Physical- are you drinking enough water?💧 how can you add movement into your day?
Social- how makes up your support system? Are you feeling lonely and isolated? 👩🏼🤝👨🏽 5️⃣
Environmental- when was the last time you decluttered your living space? Does your room bring you energy or drain it? ♻️
Financial-end if the year means time to review your budget! What expenses can you cut out? 💰
Spiritual- are you engaging in activities that ground you like yoga, medication or self-care? 🧘♀️
Occupational- are you going through the motions or are you actually enjoying your work? 👩🏼💻

For me, I need to spend some time reorganizing my space, mainly my office, and create an environment that doesn’t stress me out with clutter. What are your wellness goals for today, this week, and this month?? ✅
