Cilantro Lime Rice

Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter
1 1/4 cups basmati rice
2 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Instructions
In a saucepan over medium-high heat combine the butter and dry, uncooked rice. Stir together to toast the rice until the butter has melted.
Once butter has melted and rice smells fragrant (about 2-3 minutes) add the remaining ingredients (expect the cilantro) and stir to combine.
Bring to a boil and then cover with lid and turn heat down to low. Let simmer for 15-20 minutes. All of the liquid should be absorbed.
Fluff with fork, mix in cilantro and serve!
