Ice Coffee Protein Shake
Here is my healthy coffee breakfast smoothie. I've been enjoying this the last month to help me feel full all morning and appease my caffeine need.
1 cup coffee (cold)
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop protein powder (i use Quest Peanut Butter flavor)
1/2 frozen banana
Put all ingredients in the blender and enjoy!
This is quite a dense smoothie. I usually drink it over the course of an hour.
Using MyFitnessPal, I calculated it to be 408 calories. 57g carbs, 7.5g fat, 25g protein
